Don’t forget the dessert when catering

When catering an event it sometimes becomes an oversight to think about desserts. However, this course of the meal is just as important to consider. Some may even argue it is even more important as it’s the last piece of the pie (notice the dessert pun) that will be enjoyed during the event.
