Fed by Jed offers NDIS recipients convenient and delicious chef-prepared meals cooked with locally sourced ingredients. The NDIS home-delivered menu operates on a colour-coded rotating menu. With a diverse menu ranging from classic home-cooked favourites to international inspired dishes, our fully prepared and ready-to-heat meals bring easy meal solutions to your doorstep. Fed by Jed’s home-delivered meals perfectly cater to NDIS recipients looking for an elevated dining experience.
Fed by Jed have developed a solution that automates the administrative complexities for both Plan Managers and NDIS recipients. This includes only charging 30% of the meal upfront, whilst invoicing the Plan Manager the remaining amount. Plus it’s easy for the recipient to sign up and place their orders.
How NDIS meals work
You can sign up by getting your Plan Manager to get in touch with us. Alternatively, create an account with our online ordering platform. The steps to create your online account and order online are detailed below, or download this handy instruction flyer.

• Go to My Account
• Go to the NDIS & HCP area and select Apply
• Select New Quote and fill in your details
PLAN MANAGED:
a. You, Fed By Jed and your Plan Manager will receive a copy of the Quote.
b. The Plan Manager then approves your Quote or follows up any issues.
c. Once approved, you can place an order.
SELF MANAGED:
a. You and Fed By Jed will receive a copy of the Quote.
b. You are able to place an order without approval.
c. The compliant invoice template will be emailed when every order is placed.
d. You are then able to claim back 70% of the cost of your meal and delivery fee via your online Portal.All future orders can be placed by either utilising:
• Our weekly menu email reminder;
• By clicking on this link at any point in time;
• By calling 0440 138 481 on a Monday between 12pm-4pm to place your order over the phone. Phone orders are only accepted on this dedicated number on Mondays between 12pm-4pm.Your order will be delivered directly to you each week on either a Monday or Tuesday depending upon your location.
NDIS FAQs

You need to liaise with your Plan Manager to determine whether you are able to access meals on your NDIS package.

Eligible NDIS recipients only need to pay 30% of the cost of the meals, with the remaining 70% and any delivery costs funded via their NDIS package. We invoice your Plan Managed for this additional amount.

Most people choose to order their meals directly online.
We also take phone orders. Phone orders are accepted exclusively on Mondays between 12pm-4pm on 0440 138 481. Please note phone orders will not be processed outside of these hours. Payment for your contribution share of the order will be collected during the call; kindly have your credit card ready
